Inspired by her own children and a passion for the arts, Julie Clark used her liberal arts education to embark on an entrepreneurial journey that began with founding Baby Einstein. Her little company that could exposed infants and toddlers to the sounds of foreign languages, the music of Mozart, the poetry of Shakespeare and the art of Van Gogh.
Her latest creation — A Fan Is Born™ — offers parents fun, engaging and developmentally appropriate ways to introduce their wee ones to different sports and favorites teams.
Julie is a recipient of the Michigan State University Distinguished Alumni Award and Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award, among others. She has been a keynote at University of Denver’s Voices of Experience, the Harvard Business School, the Banff World Media Festival, TedX Detroit and other events. She was a featured guest at the 2007 State of the Union Address.
